Who can become a volunteer with HospiVision?
Anyone who feels the call according to the example set by Jesus to reach out with care and love to sick and vulnerable people in the hospital environment can volunteer with HospiVision. HospiVision is a Christian organization and consequently volunteers who are emotionally and spiritually mature are appreciated.
What is the next step?
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, you are welcome to contact the HospiVision office . You will be directed to the appropriate department.
Steps in becoming a HospiVision volunteer:
- Contact the appropriate Hospital and arrange to go for an exploratory visit.
- Complete a volunteer application form.
- Attend one of HospiVision`s basic courses.
- Start a three month orientation period.
- Complete the course assignments.
- Go for a final interview.
- Receive your HospiVision ID card as part of our permanent team of volunteers.
