Our Caregiver & Counsellor Support Cards are an invaluable tool for anyone involved in patient care, whether you're a caregiver, counselor, or hospital staff member. These cards are designed to help guide conversations between patients and their healthcare teams, offering simple, thoughtful questions that patients can ask about their body, mind, and spirit. The cards are easy to use, and they are available for free download. You can print them on A5-sized cards, front and back, making them portable and convenient to distribute. Caregivers and counselors can hand them out to hospital staff or use them themselves when interacting with patients. We simply ask that the design of the cards not be altered and that our logo remains visible. The cards should be printed in color to maintain the integrity of the design, as it is protected by copyright.
